PlayFULLSoul will include blog posts about quirky, fun and interesting events, thoughts about play and life, links that tickle the spirit or fill the heart, and even writing about some of the tougher aspects of life–and how we can live through them with more lightness and joy.

The spirit behind PlayFULLSoul is Emmeline Chang, a writer and recovered perfectionist/workaholic who lives in New York City.
